The rules that apply to booking and renting the private office at Moyzesova 1 in Senec
Last updated: 16 August 2026
These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the short-term rental of the private office at Moyzesova 1, 903 01 Senec (the “office”), provided by Miroslav Smrtič, Škovránčia 5374/3, 903 01 Senec, Slovak Republic, Company ID (IČO): 50087002 (the “provider”).
The “client” is the natural or legal person who books the office through the provider’s website. Where the client is a consumer, the consumer-protection provisions set out below also apply.
By submitting a booking, the client confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms.
The service is the short-term rental of the entire office for an agreed period of time. The office is always rented as a whole, so it is never shared with another client during the booked time.
The office is available 7 days a week from 07:00 to 22:00. The price covers the office equipment, the internet connection, energy consumption and the use of the facilities. No deposit is charged.
A short technical break for cleaning and airing is kept between two bookings, so not every gap visible in the calendar can be booked.
Bookings are made online through the reservation calendar on the provider’s website. The client selects the date and the length of the rental and provides a name, an e-mail address and a phone number.
Once the form is submitted, the slot is held for the client for the time needed to pay. The rental contract is concluded when the payment is received and the confirmation e-mail with the access details is sent.
If the payment does not arrive within the deadline, the booking lapses automatically and the slot is released to other clients. The provider reserves the right not to accept a booking, in particular where the request is clearly erroneous or abusive.
Prices are published in the pricing table on the website and always cover the whole office: €10 per hour on weekdays and €12 per hour at weekends; a whole day (07:00 – 22:00) costs €35 on weekdays and €40 at weekends.
The shortest possible booking is 2 hours. An hourly booking longer than 3 hours is automatically charged at the whole-day rate, and the office is then reserved for the client for the entire day.
The provider is not a VAT payer, so the prices shown are final.
Payment is possible by card or by bank transfer. With a card payment the slot is held for 30 minutes; the payment is processed by the payment provider Stripe and the card details never reach the provider. With a bank transfer the slot is held for 48 hours and the payment details, including the variable symbol that must be quoted, are sent to the client by e-mail.
A proof of payment is sent electronically to the e-mail address given in the booking.
An unpaid booking can be cancelled at any time directly in the reservation calendar, or simply left unpaid; the slot is released at no charge.
A paid booking can be cancelled by e-mail at kancelariasenec@gmail.com or by phone. If the cancellation arrives more than 24 hours before the booked time starts, the full amount is refunded. For later cancellations, and where the booking is simply not used, the amount paid is not refunded; the booking may however be moved to another free slot by agreement, where the schedule allows it.
Refunds are made by the same means the payment was received, within 14 days of the cancellation at the latest.
If the provider cannot deliver a booking for reasons on their side (a fault in the space, a double booking), the client is informed without undue delay and the full amount is refunded.
The client may use the office only during the booked time and only for the purposes the space is intended for — work, meetings, online calls, interviews, training and similar activities.
The client is liable for any damage caused in the space by them or by the people who entered with them. Any damage must be reported to the provider without delay and compensated at its actual value.
The provider is not liable for items left unattended in the space or left behind after the booking ends, nor for damage caused by an outage of the internet connection or the utilities that the provider did not cause.
If the service does not match what was agreed, the client can complain by e-mail at kancelariasenec@gmail.com, ideally while the booking is still running so that the problem can be fixed on the spot.
The provider confirms receipt of the complaint, handles it without undue delay and informs the consumer of the outcome within 30 days of the complaint being made at the latest. Where the complaint is justified, a proportionate discount or a refund is provided.
Because the rental is provided for a precisely agreed slot, performance of the service begins at the time the client has chosen. Cancellation is governed by Article 5 of these Terms.
The supervisory authority is the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia), Inšpektorát SOI pre Bratislavský kraj, Bajkalská 21/A, P. O. BOX č. 5, 820 07 Bratislava, Slovakia.
A consumer who is not satisfied with the way a complaint was handled has the right to ask the provider for redress. If the provider rejects the request or fails to reply within 30 days, the consumer may file a proposal for alternative dispute resolution under Act No. 391/2015 Coll. The competent body is the Slovak Trade Inspection or another authorised entity listed by the Ministry of Economy of the Slovak Republic.
Matters not governed by these Terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, in particular the Civil Code and consumer-protection legislation.
The processing of personal data is described in a separate Privacy (GDPR) notice.
The provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. A booking is always governed by the wording in force at the time it was submitted.
